Altenew Sketch Challenge #15

Hello my dearest friends! I hope you are well! I decided to challenge myself and enter the Altenew Sketch Challenge #15. Click on the link will bring you to Altenew’s Blog! I always wanted to scrapbook but I’m going to be honest with myself, I am not good at it haha. I did my best and took me like two weeks to finish this challenge, just in time! So let’s see what I did!

1. I searched high and low for any card stock/pattern papers that are close to the challenge color. I die cut the chosen card stock strips and set it aside.
2. Using the Altenew Anemone Coronaria stamp set, I stamped the flowers in the same colors that I could find and die cut the flowers and leaves using the coordinating dies.
3. Before cutting them out, I used Artdeco Creations Ultimate Crafts Diecut’N Bond Double-Sided Tape on the back of my card stock so that it will be easy to stick the flowers on my pattern paper.
4. Using the same ink cubes and ink blending tools, I blended the colors on a piece of card stock and die cut the word Love using the Altenew Mega Love die and also to give it a shadow, so cut it out on a black card stock as well. The negative piece I saved it to use on a card.
5. So finally, assemble time!
