Hello everyone! I hope you had a great week and ready for weekend!
For today’s blog I’m sharing this Koala Birthday card I made with one of the stamp set that I won from a recent giveaway, Avery Elle Peek-A-Boo Pals.
First I die cut my card panel with My Favorite Things rectangle Peek-A-Boo die and I started with Ranger Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink and going down with Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade and I made that grassy hill with Lucky Clover using the Witt and Sass background builder hill stencil
I then used Witt and Sass layered stencil clouds with blending foam to dab clouds using Hero Arts Unicorn White ink. Details on the clouds were added with Spiced Marmalade.
I die cut the happy birthday line border from Lawn Fawn four times, two on green and two on pink card stock, stacked them together to give it a dimension. Since I don’t have gray Copic markers, I stamped the koala’s on gray card stock with Lawn Fawn Manatee and then fussy cut them out including their cute lil paws!
On my card base I blended the background with the same colors to match the panel. Sprayed some water to get the water dots effect. I adhered my koala’s on the background, with one of them “popping out’ of my panel by having his ears out.
Final step I adhered the Happy Birthday sentiment on the bottom and that’s it!
Thank you for your precious time and stopping by my blog. If you have any question, feel free to ask! Have a great weekend!
Happy Crafting!
